How do I filter and sort my reports?

Filter your Overview pages for only certain users or projects, and change the order in which they are displayed

In your Team Overview, Projects Overview, Time Off Overview, Team Members, and Projects Management pages, you can filter and sort your view using the dropdown menus on the top-left corner of each page.

You can also view detailed reports on specific projects or users by clicking on their names anywhere on the Report Center.

Project Detail

User Overview

Team Overview

On this page, you can filter your teammates by Role or Group. Learn more about how to organize your teammates this way.

You can order your team members by the number of missing hours, workload percentage, the total number of hours logged, or by their names in alphabetical order.

Team Members

On this page, you can filter your teammates the same way, but you can also sort by user Type, and see who's an admin, which users were deleted, which users are guests, and which are not. You can even filter by Tracking and see which users are activated for time-tracking with NikaTime, and which are not.

To search for specific users, types, roles, groups, and timezones, use the search bar above the table, on the right.

To sort the team members list, use the arrows on top of each column. You can order by tracking status, type of user, role, groups, and timezone.

Projects Overview

On this page, you can sort by user Role or Group and project Client or Type. You can learn how to edit your projects' clients and type here.

It's possible to sort the projects displayed by either the number of logged hours or alphabetically.

Projects Management

On this page, besides sorting by project Types or Clients, you can also sort by project Status and see which projects have been archived and which are ongoing.

Similar to the Team Members page, it's possible to search by specific project names, clients, types, and other project information, using the search bar above the projects list.

It's also possible to sort the list by using the arrows on top of each column of the table.

Time Off Overview

On this page, you can filter by user Groups or Roles.

And order the Time Off types by either the total number of hours or alphabetically.

Time Off Management

As with the other management pages, it's possible to search for specific Time Off types' information and use the arrows on top of each column to order the list.
