By default, NikaTime prompts you every day from Monday to Friday when you're active on Slack or Teams after 5 PM. Team admins can change the time for everyone and for individual team members, but you can also change it for yourself.

If you want to find out what your settings are, sign in on your team's Report Center and open your Profile page.

Changing your personal schedule for the Daily check-in

You can change NikaTime's prompt time on your Profile page by expanding the Daily check-in section and changing the When field.

You can also decide if you want NikaTime to ask you about the current day or the day before on the Ask about field.

Remember that NikaTime uses your local time zone. On Slack, you can change it on your Slack profile. On Teams, you can change it by using the set timezone command. Make sure it's always correct.

You can change their daily check-in Time, and if NikaTime should Ask about the current or the previous day.

You can also reach this Edit user window on the Team Members page, allowing you to bulk edit several users at once. Select the user or users whose check-in schedule you wish to change using the checkboxes in the first column, and click the Edit button above the users' list.
